Q: What is Bidso?
A: Bidso is a unique ecommerce website that provides you with an exciting and inexpensive way to participate in shopping competitions.

Q: How do I participate?
A: There are several ways to participate. You can choose to purchase bid packs in ‘My Bidso’ or you can also choose to earn bids through the many programs we offer which can be found in the ‘Earn Bids’ section of ‘My Bidso’.

Q: How much do bids cost?
A: You can earn bids for free in the Earn Bids Program or you may purchase bids in packages for $0.25 each.

Q: How do the reveal price listings work? 
A: It is easy; simply find products you’d like to buy and click the ‘Reveal Price’ button. Once you do this, Bidso will calculate and reveal to you the current price for that item. If you like the price, you may hit the ‘Buy it Now’ button to end the offer and claim your prize. The sale price is exclusive to you, and you have until another person chooses to reveal the price on that listing to make a decision as to whether or not you wish to purchase. If someone beats you to the punch, you may choose to reveal again. When you do, you will find that it is even cheaper than before!

Q: How fast are products shipped?
A: We buy our merchandise through merchants you have grown to love and trust. Depending on the merchant we use, the shipping times will vary. You may expect your product to arrive within 1-2 weeks, or if you’d like, you may request expedited shipping for an additional fee.

Q: I completed an ‘Earn Bids’ offer but did not receive any bids, what do I do?
A: To better assist you, we ask that you provide the following: the application that you are using, social network, your profile URL, and your offer id (you can find this out from the view offer status page). Go to the main offers page of the application on which you experienced an issue. Then Click on the link for missing currency (found in the upper right, above the offers). Fill out the form on the ensuing page, and an Offerpal Media representative will respond to your request shortly. You may also contact support@offerpal.com.

Q: I really want to buy a specific product, can I request it?
A: Absolutely, please send an e-mail to requests@bidso.com and we will get back with the details.

Q: I want to become an affiliate, what will I earn?
A: You earn one bid for every 15 bids that your referrals spend. This includes bids spent from earning them. Or if you prefer you can get 5% of the cash revenue from earned bids…
